But what’s certain is the importance of diverse and inclusive workplaces.  Our times call for a different type of sourcers – those that can adapt quickly, learn rapidly and embrace change.     Organisations spend millions on Unconscious Bias training, yet very little is being achieved to move the needle when it comes to Gender Equality, BAME and LGBT inclusion. In this talk Joanne gives her thoughts as to why the inclusion approach currently taken by organisations is broken. Most of our biases are conscious and it is, therefore, the responsibility of organisations to develop a conscious inclusion culture and vision. Joanne challenges thinking and highlight strategies for a starting point on this journey, the destination is up to you!
