Dustin Robinson has spent the past five years researching, writing about, and working in HR and HR technologies – particularly in recruiting and sourcing. He started his career as an HR consultant, then shifted to work on the product side of things with Hello Talent, and now works to manage all HR content for Talentsoft. Dustin believes that when HR best practices are documented and shared that all companies, and the societies they are a part of, end up benefitting – which is why he spends so much time writing about them.

Dustin is a regular speaker at HR events and frequently writes for the Hello Talent blog in addition to being regularly featured on We the Talent.
