Jessie comes from France and speaks fluent boolean, French and English (with only a little accent). She moved to Edinburgh, Scotland in 2016 and never left!
She got started working in Talent Acquisition with a renewable energy recruitment agency, leading and building the French market from scratch.
A year later, she decided to join Hudson RPO where she specialised in sourcing and social recruiting. Between two booleans, you might find her reading recruitment blogs, learning and experimenting all sorts of new tools and tricks! Internally, she dedicates herself to develop the team’s sourcing expertise through various projects and activities: organising hackathons, providing training, mentoring, blogging and supporting colleagues stuck in a sourcing “dead-end”.
