Jost works as Vice President Product at XING E-Recruiting. XING is the leading online business network in German-speaking countries with more than 13 million members. Jost joined XING in 2012 and has been passionate about enabling companies to hire the best talents ever since. He and his teams develops B2B software solutions for Recruiting and Employer Branding.

Prior to XING, Jost worked at McKinsey and completed a PhD in Engineering. From 2004 to 2008 he was a member of the Machine Intelligence Lab at the University of Cambridge. Jost lives in Hamburg and is a proud dad of two young daughters.
