Katy is a Technical Recruiter at TopHat. After graduating from York University with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, she spent a decade optimizing recruitment operations in both the nonprofit and Tech sectors. As a versatile and critically minded leader, she has owned a wide array of recruitment functions – from managing high volume seasonal pipelines and implementing employee retention programs, to developing highly specialized technical recruitment programs.

Katy is an avid runner with a passion for mental health and wellness. Her goal is to help others find success in Canada’s growing Tech sector.
