Sarah Goldberg is the Sourcing Engagement Lead at Objective Paradigm. With more than five years of experience in sourcing, Sarah focuses on leveraging data and research to provide the best “sourcery” — candidates, processes, and tools — for her clients. In addition to hands-on outreach, in her role as Engagement Lead she mentors and advises members of her team on sourcing priorities, search strategies, and candidate engagement.
She has also helped build Objective Paradigm’s comprehensive training program. Sarah has spoken at SourceCon, RecruitingDaily, and the Illinois Technology Association. In her free time, she organizes Queer Tech Club Chicago and the SourceCon Chicago Chapter.
