Sebastien Savard started his sourcing career at Cirque du Soleil, this job kept him at the forefront of the latest trends. He rejected the transactional approach of recruitment: why wait for the best candidates to come to you? Go out there and get them! He became the CEO of the first sourcing firm in Montreal when he gave everything up to found his own sourcing firm with an original name : Sourcinc. His company currently employed 20 of the top sourcers in 3 offices in Canada.

Based in Montreal, Sebastien sourced candidates in Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and the U.S. He hold a bachelor degree in industrial relations from Montreal University, but never really used what he learned there.
