Tasha has been working as an in house recruiter for almost 3 years. Starting out in an agency and then moving on to work In house on a contract basis she is now gone permanent, managing recruitment for Mediatonic Games.

With lots of opinions she started blogging early on and last year made the leap and started sharing her thoughts speaking at events. She is particularly passionate about Diversity, Feminism and Millennials
