Thom leads Microsoft’s Talent Sourcing team in Europe.

As Microsoft has gone through a radical transformation of its business, it has shifted its talent acquisition activity to a Sourcing led strategy.  This has seen a big investment in Sourcing talent & skills, but also lots of lessons learnt about changing internal processes and how Sourcers engage with a traditional large company recruitment team.  Thom currently manages over a team of 40 sourcers across Europe and is an integral part of Microsoft’s move to an in-house sourcing capability.

After 15 years running large agency teams, Thom brings a different perspective to these challenges and will share some of the successes (and lessons) of the last 18 months at #SOSUEU.
