Andrew is an experienced recruitment leader, currently responsible for Talent Recruiting and Advisory for both Product and Technology and Corporate recruitment at Red Hat. He leads a team of ten recruiters based across the company’s APAC R&D and Corporate COE locations in China, India and Australia.
In addition to leading the team, he drives Red Hat’s recruitment strategy in APAC, focusing on: pipeline building and development, emerging technology and special projects hiring, candidate and hiring manager experience, scalability and automation of processes, employment brand and social media presence, and (most importantly) the professional development and well-being of his team.
Andrew has a background in HR and hold a degree in Human Resource Management. He has early career experience in HR shared services, front line HR, and agency recruiting, which has given him the breadth
of knowledge and the perspective needed to make a global contribution to Red Hat’s People agenda. He has particular interests in diversity, leadership development, compensation, and HR strategy.
