With 6 years’ technical recruitment experience across various industries and companies including Tyro Payments and DiUS Consulting, Cal is well aware of the challenges and opportunities when it comes to recruiting awesome technical talent. From spending 6 years with the Australian Army as Combat Engineer before his recruitment career began, Cal was involved in a number of humanitarian projects and since discharging, he knew he wanted to find a role in TA that would also allow him to make meaningful social impact. He found this in Harrison.ai and today leads their technical recruitment function as Technical Talent Acquisition Lead. Cal is an avid tinkerer with a passion for process and system maturity.

Whether it be exploring new systems integrations, new tools to throw into the tech stack, new sourcing methods or outside the box talent assessment methods – he’s a lover of all things tecchie in the TA space!
