Denise is the founder/chief sourcer & tech recruiter at KaleidoSource. She has worked with some well-known companies in Australia such as Zendesk, ANZ Bank, Coles uplifting their Sourcing capability and more recently built out a sourcing function for a local design consultancy. She enjoys connecting and bridging the gaps on a deeper level, and turning passive people into active candidates. Originally from Pakistan, now calls Melbourne, Australia home. She can confirm that Melbourne definitely has the best coffee in the world (bold claim). For now, she is taking pride in running sourcing workshops for recruiters to spread awareness that there is a whole life outside of LinkedIn. She’s on a mission to infuse fun and joy into the process of finding value in sourcing. Outside of sourcing, she loves spending time with her fiance, their two beautiful Aussie bulldogs and finding the best french fries/hot chips this world has to offer.
