Denise is the Founder/Chief Sourcer & Tech Recruiter at KaleidoSource, a bespoke talent sourcing consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. She is also the host of the  ‘Crafty Sourcer’ podcast, the first-ever dedicated sourcing podcast in APAC.

She has collaborated with some prominent companies in Australia, including Zendesk, ANZ Bank, and Coles uplifting their Sourcing capability. She has partnered with fintech and SaaS companies to hire candidates for niche roles.  Originally from Pakistan, Denise now calls Melbourne, Australia home. She proudly claims Melbourne offers the best coffee in the world.

Currently, she is focused on running sourcing workshops for recruiters to spread awareness that there is a whole vibrant life outside of LinkedIn. Her mission is to sprinkle fun and joy into the art of sourcing. Outside of work, she loves hanging out with her fiancé and their two adorable Aussie bulldogs. She’s a fan of all things potatoes, hoodies, and pandas.
