Francisco works at Canva as the recruitment lead for Backend Engineering and Android recruitment. Although he has a bachelors’s degree in Cognitive Psychology and a doctorate in Law, he has always been a tinkering technologist at heart.
After moving from the United States to Australia, he entered the technology recruitment market to gain a better understanding of the Australian and Asia Pacific technology landscape.
Having worked with many large ASX-listed corporates as well as many a scrappy startups, he aims to educate businesses on “best practice” with respect to the recruitment process, technology, and candidate experience.
