Jessica is currently the Talent Recruitment Search Leader for GE in Australia and New Zealand who leads a team of search/sourcing professionals.

The TR Search team in ANZ supports not only Australia and New Zealand, but the broader ASEAN and APAC regions, as well as globally in executive search, research, competitor mapping and analysis, and the engagement of the best of the best in top talent across all aspects of business including digital, technical, financial, operational and industrial markets. AIRS Certified, Jess is also currently assisting the global build and implementation of a global sourcing function within GE. An accomplished talent hunter with a wealth of agency and corporate experience under her belt from corporations such as GE, Thales, Cisco, Datacom and Michael Page, Jessica is all about search strategy, process development, implementation and innovation as well as being a passionate brand ambassador for GE.
