Jo is a senior research and talent specialist with over 20 years experience working with professional services and executive search firms to provide the best talent solutions. She worked with Accenture managing and delivering research on companies, market segments and key business trends and spent 5 years in Hong Kong establishing the operations of a global leadership advisory firm. The common thread in Jo’s career has been her innate curiosity, natural love of people, passion for solving problems, and a tenacity that doesn’t give up.

In her current role as Global Talent Sourcer at Xero she is continuously mapping the market and building the talent pipeline from the Board level right down to technical talent.
