Katie spent over 15 years in the recruitment and talent acquisition world both overseas and in Australia. In the last six years she has been working for high growth tech / startup companies. Why? She’s an innovator, a doer and love to embrace new ideas& create better efficiencies, all whilst building incredible teams at scale.

Katie currently support and leads a team of 18 Talent Acquisition Managers, Partners and Sourcers. She is helping build a workplace that is based on Diversity & Inclusion, Culture & Belonging, that reflects the cities Uber serves.
