Marcel is an independent sourcing contractor, currently working for the Rabobank as Global Strategic Sourcing Specialist and responsible for the (new) sourcing team within the bank. Besides that, trainer & coach of KPN’s sourcing team and work as an independent trainer for several Dutch recruiters.
