It was 2013, and I was at the very first Sourcing Summit Europe in Diemen. The knowledge shared there was mind-blowing.

I returned to the office. And the day after, I told my colleagues everything I had learned there. That is where my enthusiasm for sourcing and knowledge sharing started.

What do I do?

I train recruiters to become the Sherlock Holmes and Robert Cialdini of recruitment.

Finding and engaging candidates.

Over the past few years, I have trained more than 4,000 recruiters.
Also, there are over 400 companies, including YoungCapital, Tommy Hilfiger, Danone, Ahold, House of HR, KPN, Signify, and many more.

In addition, I now give keynotes all over the world. I have given speaking engagements on my enthusiasm, sourcing, and AI on five out of six continents.
