WHAT IS SOURCING SUMMIT SUMMIT OR #SOSUD?
#SOSUD is the official hashtag of SOURCING SUMMIT DIVERSITY. The D is for Diversity.
WHAT IS #SOSUD’S FOCUS & AGENDA?
Sourcing Summit Diversity focuses exclusively on diversity sourcing and recruitment in the broader context of promoting an equitable and inclusive workplace. See our detailed agenda on what you can expect to learn.
WHEN IS #SOSUD GOING TO BE HELD?
#SOSUD will be held over two days on 27-28 APRIL 2021
WILL ALL SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
Yes, all sessions are recorded and will be available a day after the event concludes. You can buy access to recorded videos without attending the event. See the various price options here
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
No problem. All talks are recorded and you can watch any session at your leisure if you have the right pass.
WHAT LIVE STREAMING APP WILL YOU USE?
#SOSUD will use AIRMEET to live stream the event. Access to the AIRMEET location will be provided to ticket holders after a few days before the event starts.
HOW WILL NETWORKING WORK
There are a couple of way networking will be facilitated.
1) The live streaming platform (https://www.airmeet.com) has a built-in networking platform where you can hang out in groups at different virtual tables
2) We also have a community chat platform
3) Our dedicated app will also have pre-event and post chat facilities
4) We also have a facebook group
CAN WE CONTACT SPEAKERS & OTHER DELEGATES
Yes, our speakers would love to connect and communicate. Other delegates are also keen to meet new friends. We will facilitate ample opportunities to meet and connect.
WILL PRESENTATION SLIDES BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE EVENT?
Yes. Presentation slides will be emailed a day after the event.
Please note some some speakers may not share their slides. In such a case, we will let delegates know beforehand.
CAN I CANCEL & GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital/virtual events we are unable to offer refund on tickets if someone is unable to attend or wish to cancel his/her pass. Unlike our physical events tickets purchased for our virtual events are not possible to be refunded. Please be careful when you make the purchase.
In the instance that it is us (Destination Talent Pty Ltd) that cancelled the event we will offer 100% ticket refund.
Info regarding tickets and terms
DO I GET AN INVOICE
Yes, you will automatically get an invoice if you choose to pay by BANK DEPOSIT. If you use credit card to pay then we will send an invoice only if you request for one.
DO I GET SENT A PHYSICAL TICKET?
NO, we don’t have physical paper tickets. If you bought a ticket you will receive a pdf ticket and a confirmation email.
HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET COST?
Ticket price varies according to the time you bought one. Those who bought early will enjoy low price and those leaving it to the last will have to pay significantly more. For details go to REGISTER
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TICKETS?
You can choose to pay by credit card, Paypal or direct bank deposit (after we generate an invoice). All the options are available on our registration page
If you pay by credit card it will incur a 2.9% fee
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS TERMS
CANCELLATIONS BY ATTENDEE & REFUNDS
Should you wish to cancel your registration you’ll be liable for the full purchase price. With #SOSUD, unlike our physical in-person events, we cannot offer a refund. So please consider this before buying a ticket.
CHANGE TO CONTENT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION BY US (The Organiser)
– In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of Destination Talent is limited to the return of paid fees.
– DestinationTalent may alter the times, dates and speakers of this event by notice to you at any time.
– While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, DestinationTalent will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.
– We reserve the right to refuse any organisation to buy tickets

TICKET SHARING & TRANSFER
Ticket sharing is not possible with #SOSUD. An additional ticket can be get at approximately 60% discount. Please notify us if you intend on sharing a ticket.
REGISTERING THE CORRECT ATTENDEE
Did you buy a ticket for someone else in the company? Have you decided who is attending from your company? If someone else bought a ticket on your behalf and you are unsure if you are registered please contact us email@example.com to register the person attending the event.
CHECK IF THE CORRECT PERSON IS REGISTERED
After buying a ticket ensuring the right person is registered to attend the event is important. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to register the person attending the event.
HOW TO CHANGE NAME OF AN ATTENDEE
Changing names of an attendee is easy. Just contact us at email@example.com with the details. Please ensure name changes are made at least a week before the event starts.
