Ina Ferber has 17 years of experience as Human Resources Specialist, HR Director and Recruiting Consultant. In 2009, she joined Monster Worldwide as Director Central Europe of the recruiting and employer branding consultancy. She founded Ferber Personalberatung in 2013. Ina Ferber holds two degrees, an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an M.A., M.Sc. Psychology (Dipl.-Psych.) from the Technical University of Darmstadt. She publishes articles in HR journals and she runs the blog EMPLOYERREPUTATION.
