Techie gone recruiter, recruiter gone entrepreneur. I often introduce myself as “Belgium’s laziest recruiter”. The recruiter who built a robot to recruit for her. When I’m not recruiting, I’m creating. Having fallen completely and utterly in love with service design, I’ve found a toolbox to organise chaos into solutions.
Today, I am organising a recruitment service for an eco-system of +/- 100 tech companies called ‘Divirsiti’. My focus is to build a multi-skilled recruitment team operating through our very own best practices. My responsibilities range from coaching, training to executive search of our future entrepreneurs. It’s our ambition to automate as much of our actions and aim for excellence both in tooling, technology and mindset.
When I’m not challenging the HR market, I’ll probably be advocating diversity. As an openly transgender entrepreneur or ‘transpreneur’, diversity means more to me than a simple KPI. In my spare time, I work on trans awareness and support transgender people in their search for durable and stable work through my non profit organisation ‘Libereco’.
