Kelly is a seasoned communications, brand, talent, engagement and social impact professional, and currently manages the Employment Brand and Strategic Sourcing team at Deloitte Australia.

She was previously appointed to the role of Associate Director in the National Australia Bank Corporate Responsibility team. Combining many elements of her previous roles in branding/marketing, digital, diversity & inclusion, talent attraction strategy and her work with not-for-profits, she managed the team responsible for NAB’s Volunteer Program, Accessibility Action Plan, Domestic & Family Violence CR initiatives, and Workplace Giving Program. Prior to that Kelly was responsible for the strategic direction of finding and attracting talent at NAB through employer brand initiatives and campaign activity, sourcing strategies and search/headhunting.

Kelly’s background in the Talent field spans more than fifteen years, and more recently Kelly’s focus has been on digital technology and innovation while appointed to Social Media management roles at both a top tier law firm (Ashurst) and a NFP organisation (Royal Institute for Deaf & Blind Children).

Kelly is one of Australia’s recognised experts in her field, speaking internationally and appearing in national publications such as the Australian Financial Review, HR Daily, Lawyers Weekly and HR Leader Magazine
