As the Former Director of Global Recruiting at Testlio, she played a pivotal role in driving the company’s robust growth over the last two years. Under her leadership, the team expanded by an impressive 50%, scaling to over 240 talented individuals situated in more than 40 different countries. Notably, Testlio, a fully remote and distributed-by-design company, exemplifies the cutting-edge approach to modern work environments.

With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, Renita has a proven track record of building high-performing teams across a variety of industries. She is also a Co-Founder of Estonian Recruitment community Recruitment Thursday and the Estonian HR Society, as well as a jury member of Employer Branding competitions in Estonia (already 10 years), Bulgaria and Uzbekistan.
