WHEN IS #SOSUEU GOING TO BE HELD?
#SOSUEU will be an in-person event and will be held in Amsterdam on 11-12 OCTOBER
WILL ALL SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
Yes, sessions will be recorded and you will have access to the video for 6 months.
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
No problem. All talks are recorded and you can watch any session at your leisure. There is no requirement to present during live-streaming unless you want to participate in discussions.
WILL PRESENTATION SLIDES BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE EVENT?
Yes. Presentation slides will be emailed a day after the event.
Please note some some speakers may not share their slides. In such a case, we will let delegates know beforehand.
Info regarding tickets and terms
DO I GET AN INVOICE
Yes, you will automatically get an invoice if you choose to pay by BANK DEPOSIT. If you use credit card to pay then we will send an invoice only if you request for one.
DO I GET SENT A PHYSICAL TICKET?
NO, we don’t have physical paper tickets. If you bought a ticket you will receive a pdf ticket and a confirmation email.
CAN I PAY BY INVOICE? WHAT ARE THE TERMS?
Yes you can request an invoice and pay by direct bank deposit to our EUROS banks account.
Please remember, requesting an INVOICE is a COMMITMENT TO BUY a ticket. Once an invoice is generated it is considered a SOLD ticket. Our refund and cancellation terms applies to all invoices generated.

HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET COST?
Ticket price varies according to the time you bought one. Those who bought early will enjoy low price and those leaving it to the last will have to pay significantly more. For details go to REGISTER
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TICKETS?
We only accept EUROS. You can choose to pay by credit card, Paypal or direct bank deposit (after we generate an invoice). All the options are available on our registration page

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS TERMS
CANCELLATIONS BY ATTENDEE & REFUNDS
Should you wish to cancel your registration you’ll be liable for the full purchase price. We DO NOT offer refunds. So please consider this before buying a ticket. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or attend the next year’s event for free.
CHANGE TO CONTENT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION BY US (The Organiser)
– In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of Destination Talent is limited to the return of paid fees subject to conditions announced by the organiser.
– DestinationTalent may alter the times, dates and speakers of this event by notice to you at any time.
– While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, DestinationTalent will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.
– We reserve the right to refuse any organisation to buy tickets

TICKET SHARING & TRANSFER
Ticket sharing (Two different person attending different days of the event) is possible. If you want to share a ticket between two person, there is a fee of 250 euros on top of the single ticket price. Please notify us if you intend on sharing a ticket. Discounts are not applicable on shared tickets.
REGISTERING THE CORRECT ATTENDEE
Did you buy a ticket for someone else in the company? Have you decided who is attending from your company? If someone else bought a ticket on your behalf and you are unsure if you are registered please contact us email@example.com to register the person attending the event.
CHECK IF THE CORRECT PERSON IS REGISTERED
After buying a ticket ensuring the right person is registered to attend the event is important. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to register the person attending the event.
HOW TO CHANGE NAME OF AN ATTENDEE
Changing names of an attendee is easy. Just contact us at email@example.com with the details. Please ensure name changes are made at least a week before the event starts.
