Experience for over a decade with Stripe, Uber and Freshworks on tech and leadership recruiting. Upon witnessing the shortcomings of the chaotic recruitment world first-hand, launched Kula, a recruitment automation platform that enables recruiters from hyper-growth companies to build massive talent pipelines on autopilot. Kula  aims to fix the broken recruitment system, to relieve recruiters from the sheer exhaustion of the many manual processes they partake in to hire at scale.
