Alan was part of the founding team of Dott, a shared micro-mobility company that currently operates across 50+ cities across Europe. Today Dott is operational in 50+ cities across Europe and Isreal. Alan held the role of VP of People, scaling the company from 0 employees to 750+ employees within 4 years.
