Sourcing & Recruitment weren’t her first love. However, with a medical background, being a human advocate was the path to follow. Naturally, she moved to this field six years ago while living in Scotland. A year later, she had the incredible chance to participate in SOSUUK 2018 and discovered this amazing sourcing community that helped her to grow in that direction.

She is now, a Creative Talent Sourcer in the gaming industry, based in Spain, using on a day-to-day basis everything she has learnt from the sourcing community, articles and webinars over the years.
