Anastasia Geller is Director of Talent Strategy at Stream, a global Series B SaaS company with talent representing more than 35 nationalities. What started with building the company’s Talent Acquisition function from scratch has evolved into leading Talent Strategy across hiring, AI enablement, onboarding, performance, and people initiatives.

Before joining Stream, Anastasia was CEO of an IT recruitment agency and founded several educational initiatives for the recruitment community in Ukraine.

After years of geeking out over sourcing (and picking up a silver medal at the 2022 SOSU Sourcing Hackathon), she’s now channelling that same curiosity into AI, vibe coding, and building technology that helps recruiters focus on what matters most: people.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her jamming, playing video games or D&D, or exploring the outdoors with her family.
