Eva has worked in talent acquisition for over 11 years in agencies, consulting firms, and in-house organizations. During the last couple of years, she has worked with over 20 exciting startups and scaleups, building teams, establishing processes, and best practices in hiring teams and building cultures. Over the past four years, she has been learning and applying digital marketing and branding to her profession. It became my passion, which she decided to pursue fully.
Since moving to Amsterdam from Slovakia 7 years ago, Eva has built a reputation for her personable and human-centered approach to talent attraction. She has a strong drive to innovate through knowledge sharing as a trainer, writer, and international public speaker, where she combines her background in sociology and in talent acquisition with her passion for psychology, and marketing.
