Kathy has been in recruitment for 10 years, working both in hiring and in building products to help companies hire better. She has supported some of France’s most exciting startups on their way to becoming unicorns, and has organized tech recruiting events across the country. Almost three years ago, she started her own business, supporting startups and scale-ups in building their Engineering, Data, and Product teams.

She likes to think of herself as a Sourcing Engineer: someone who designs and builds systems and infrastructure for Talent Acquisition. Her approach is all about understanding markets, roles, and ecosystems, combined with strong technical and data expertise. She builds most of her own sourcing tools and data pipelines to find and engage the right profiles, and digs into AI to explore what was simply out of reach before, pushing methodologies even further.

A sports enthusiast at heart, Kathy believes that discipline and consistency beat motivation every time — and the same goes for sourcing.
