Lenore leveraged her in-depth backgrounds in human behavior, organizational and career development (including management of Sun Microsystems’ career center for seven years), outplacement and coaching, into talent acquisition and sourcing over seven years ago. A continuous learner, including recent completion of two sourcing certifications, she’s always in search of her next challenge. A contributor to multiple online sourcing communities and initiatives, Lenore thrives on collaborating and sharing resources with colleagues.
