Lumi is here. (originally Ludmila, transferred to Finnish “snow” – “lumi”) Recruitment+sourcing fan with superpowers (empathy and some Finnish language counts, right?;). My first exposure to recruitment goes way back in 2008, when I had a great chance to be a part of the Hudson internship team in Budapest. For the past 5 years, I’ve been an active member of the Tech Recruitment world. Supported and started TA Lab in Helsinki. Successfully supported a growing Zalando Helsinki (Zelsinki) Tech side for almost 5 years. Now it is a wonderful Aiven team that we are boosting across the globe. My team and I are always able to find a personal touch with our candidates. Personally, I believe in candidates’ journeys and the relationships we build along the process.
