Ondrej is a tech sourcer and a wannabe tech savvy playing around with new tools to help elevate the sourcing industry. After setting up recruitment @STRV, a successful tech startup (working with Y Combinator and 500 Startups companies), in Prague he then joined Hudson’s Center of Excellence RPO EMEA team in Edinburgh as a Sourcing Specialist, helping to secure key accounts, to deliver trainings and to promote best practices.
After realizing that rainy Scotland was not where he was destined to reside, Ondrej joined Facebook London to help build their mobile engineering community whilst in parallel introducing innovative projects he believes will help change the tech recruitment industry for the better. Keen interest in recruitment bots, automation tools, setting up standards in the sourcing industry and helping to build a strong, well connected community
