Pauline has been working in Talent Acquisition for six years and has gained insights into many facets of the industry. She started out at a SaaS unicorn, where she built up the sourcing function and closely integrated it with employer branding – two worlds in which she feels right at home.

Currently, she works in Employer Branding at Rohde & Schwarz, where she contributes her expertise to areas such as Talent Relationship Management and the management of the global careers website. Her passion? Exploring new technologies and innovative approaches – because there’s nothing she loves more than a greenfield environment where she can create, optimize, and stay one step ahead.
