Sandrine has been in the recruitment industry for more than 20 years. She has been working for many industries such as telecom, banking, engineering, pharmaceutical… before focusing in recruitment training 9 years ago.

Her motivation? Inspiring her kids to become recruiters/sourcers, the most beautiful job!

Therefore, she launched Les Sources Humaines, the first school of recruitment across the globe. The school is a collaborative project with Sourcinc and CortoREV which will allow the community to share and learn about talent acquisition.
