Yves Greijn is the Co-Founder of Dynosaur Labs, an AI-native executive search company helping some of Europe’s fastest-moving technology companies hire the technical leaders building the next generation of software and AI products.

Over the past decade, Yves has specialised in recruiting engineering executives, AI leaders and senior technical talent for high-growth technology companies. Before founding Dynosaur Labs, he led technical leadership hiring at companies including Facebook, Uber, QuantumBlack (McKinsey) and Miro, partnering with engineering organisations during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
