PLANNING YOUR TRIP TO THE VENUE

Meervaart is conveniently located and easily accessible by public transport.  Located between the city centre of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. ‘DeMeervaart‘ is easy accessible from either place whithin 15 minutes.  Trains, trams and public transport easily connects the venue. If you choose to travel by car there are ample car parks.

Train

From Central Station or NS Station Lelylaan, take tram 1 or 17.
From NS Station Lelylaan, take bus 63.
From NS Station Sloterdijk, take city bus 61 or 69 and Connexxion bus 192.

Tram and bus stops

From Central Station

  • Tram 1, direction de Aker: Meer en Vaart stop. Keep Sloterplas to your right, you will then see De Meervaart on your left after a four-minute walk.
  • Tram 17, direction Osdorp: Ruimzicht stop. This stop is right on the doorstep of De Meervaart.
  • Night bus 353, direction de Aker: Ruimzicht stop.

From Station Lelylaan

  • Bus 63, direction Osdorp de Aker: Meer en Vaart stop. It is only a three-minute walk from this stop to De Meervaart.
  • Trams 1 and 17 from Central Station travel via Station Lelylaan; see above to find out which stops to get off at.

From Station Sloterdijk

  • Bus 61, direction Slotervaart: Ruimzicht stop, on the doorstep of De Meervaart.
  • Bus 69, direction Schiphol Zuid: Ruimzicht stop.
  • Bus 192 Connexxion, direction Schiphol, Ruimzicht stop.
  • Night bus 369, direction Schiphol: Ruimzicht stop.

From Amersfoort, A1

  • Follow the signs for exit Ring Amsterdam Oost, Den Haag, A10 Oost.
  • Then for exit Ring Amsterdam West, Zaanstad, A10 Oost.
  • Take the exit S106 Osdorp. Turn left at the traffic lights, in the direction of Osdorp.
  • At the end of this road, turn right at the traffic lights.
  • After 100 metres, you will see De Meervaart on your left.
  • Drive past De Meervaart and turn left at the traffic lights, and immediately move into the left lane to enter car park ParkKing Osdorpplein.

From The Hague, A4

  • Follow the signs for exit Ring Amsterdam West, Zaanstad, A 10 West
  • Then follow the directions from point 3, From Amersfoort, A1.

From Utrecht, A2

  • Follow the signs for Ring Amsterdam Zuid, Den Haag, A10 Zuid.
  • Then follow the signs for exit Ring Amsterdam West, Zaanstad, A10 West.
  • Now follow the directions from point 3, From Amersfoort, A1.

From Zaandam

  • Drive through Coentunnel into Ring A10 West.
  • Take exit S106. At the traffic lights, turn right in the direction of Osdorp.
  • Then follow the directions from point 3, From Amersfoort, A1.

Car park
Meervaart Congres & Event is situated within 5 minutes of the A10 ring road and 15 minutes of Amsterdam city centre. There is a car park with a capacity of 450 cars next to the venue. To get to this car park, follow the directions below:

Exit S106 of the Amsterdam ring road brings you onto Lelylaan. At the end of Lelylaan, turn right at the T-junction. Turn left at the second set of traffic lights. The car park is on your left. It is a two-minute walk from the car park to Meervaart Congres & Event.

Entrance and exit
The standard rate is only € 0.50 per 30 minutes. You can have your parking ticket scanned at Meervaart Congres & Event at a reduced rate of € 8,- a day. Car park entrance hours: 7:30 to 20:30 (21:00 on Thursdays and Fridays). Car park exit hours: 24 hours a day. The maximum vehicle height is 1.95 metres.
