career. It&amp;#39;s a funnystory on how she got into the field with her current company Frontwise (&amp;amp; she promises to tell thatstory to anyone interested). Her quick decision making, resourcefulness, and problem-solving qualitiesallowed her to progress fast in the recruitment field, working with clients such as Accenture, Capgemini,while she currently works for de Bijenkorf (&amp;amp; will not shut up about how awesome they are). A teamplayer with an intuitive nature and an observant mind, she showed that sourcing is what gives her adopamine rush &amp;amp; accidentally sourced the most candidates in her company the first year she joined.With a background in psychology &amp;amp; research, she prides herself in always making sure transparency &amp;amp;empathy are at the core of the hiring process.
