Paruyr is a tech recruiter at meettal – the very 1st tech recruitment company in Armenia.
Everyone has their unique yet similar to others story on how they ended up in recruitment, don’t they? My story started when it was hot and it was summer and I realized that I just love meeting new people. I’ve been in customer care then, research interviewing, administrative work, and sales, but when I discovered tech recruitment, the final pieces of the puzzle came together. It’s all about emotions; nothing can compare to the joy of seeing a happy and well-placed candidate, and of course, the journey can’t begin without sourcing which is simply breathtaking. My true passion, though, is spreadsheets. I have a spreadsheet on creating spreadsheets and a true classic spreadsheet with spreadsheets, of course.
