Prasaath is a senior recruiter with over 15 years of experience in technology and financial services. He learnt the early ropes of old school recruiting by building relationships over phone and emails before Linkedin was a thing. Over the years the engineer in him has caught up. These days, he is working on building sourcing channels by frugal means like Social media, Vendor networks and publicly available data using Web scraping, Programmatic API and Serp data. He believes Chatgpt or AI will not be replacing the work of recruiters but the ones who can harness the power of such technology  will be successful in the future. Prasaath lives with his wife and daughter at New Jersey. He is looking for opportunities to collaborate with like minded recruiters and expand his horizon of usable technology in recruiting.
