Andreea has around 12 years of talent acquisition experience across specialist engineering and technology (IT) domains. She shifted to a larger scope role with Wayfair’s HQ in Berlin, after having spent nearly 6 years with Zalando SE. “Being part of a wonderful growth story with Zalando, from 10K to 16K+ employees, I hope to bring some of my expertise to Wayfair and build great success stories together.”

On a personal level, she is passionate about the car industry (Audi is her weak spot :)), architecture & interior design and you may catch her during “acrylic painting” frenzy evenings.
