Charlotte believes that every successful search for great talent starts with a solid sourcing strategy. Having begun her career in talent research and sourcing for an Executive Search firm, she jumped at the opportunity to join the startup world on the Talent team at Opencare. Hired as the company’s first sourcer, Charlotte was the driving force behind the sourcing function at Opencare, building out the sourcing and engagement playbooks that helped the Talent team to become a “sourcing first” team. She eventually grew to become a team lead, before moving to the global sourcing team at Thomson Reuters. Today, Charlotte is driving international expansion and talent intelligence at Pinterest for the engineering organization, and is the company’s first ever sourcer in Canada.
