From day one in her career, Curley Fiedler has always been a passionate Sourcer. She is convinced: Active Sourcing is the key to successful hiring. She started her career at Goodgame Studios, established Active Sourcing at Hermes Germany and currently she is in charge of the HR department at ORBIT – orbitdigital.de, a startup built by the founders of Mytaxi. Besides, she is studying Economic Psychology and Business Administration at FOM Hamburg. Being very passionate about finding the best possible candidates for each position and developing a young company, she loves sharing her profound knowledge in HR and especially Active Sourcing, with colleagues at MeetUps and conferences, true to the maxim: Active Sourcing is a state of mind!
