Previously, I was leading a global TA Team for The Workshop, acted as a Senior Recruiting Partner for Technology in the music tech companies like SoundCloud and Native Instruments, as well as gaming companies like Wooga.

I am currently managing a team hiring for Tech & Product profiles, remote and inclusive-first. I truly believe People and Culture make the companies differentiate nowadays, and Talent is a strategic function of every tech company: starting from the employer branding and candidate experience journey to the good employee and learning experience.

I am a psychologist by education and HR professional by dedication. I have extensive creative & technical recruitment and agile project management, team leadership & training experience. I speak 7 human languages, having studied and worked in Poland, France, Portugal, Brazil, Germany and currently in Málaga, Spain within the music, entertainment tech industry in a variety of companies ranging from early-stage through mid-size emblematic start-ups and to multinational corporations. Apart from that, I am a proud diversity & inclusion ambassador, conference speaker and a member of WAS Youth Initiative Committee.
