His last role was as a Senior Technical Sourcer at Meta. Here he specialised in sourcing Senior-to-Lead Machine Learning Engineers across Europe. Since leaving Meta, Matthew has founded Tech Talent Delivery, a training consultancy helping recruitment businesses to source, attract, and engage niche technical candidates. He enjoys combining his passion for sourcing, technology, and personal development. You’ll often find him experimenting with new approaches, systems, and tools to uncover the best talent possible.

Outside work, he is an avid reader, gardener, foodie, PC gamer, and gym-goer.
