Nieves currently heads recruitment at e2y, an eCommerce software company based in London.

She has been actively sourcing for 5 years, the previous 3 focused on niche eCommerce technical profiles. She has experienced first hand how the Spanish team evolved from just 4 employees to 30! She knows well that the key to swift recruitment processes starts with gathering quality information in briefings and constant contact with the hiring managers.

When not at work, she loves to go hiking with her husband and daughter.
