Sheera currently leads recruiting for Redis, a hyper-growth software company, in the USA.

She has been doing recruiting in contingency agencies and corporate for over a decade, picking up tips and tricks along the way to help organizations grow, develop lasting partnerships with managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience when possible.

When not at work, she drinks a ridiculous amount of coffee, love to run (training for a half marathon now) and playing fetch with her 2 fur babies in the park.
