Christian has over 13 years practice within the IT recruiting field. For the past 7 years, Christian has helped take the Atlassian rocketship from 600 globally to a few shy of 5000 and counting. Christian’s career has seen him wear many hats in recruiting across several geographies which have provided him with great depth and breadth of knowledge across all things talent-related.

Christian is a firm believer in the power that data can bring to our sourcing strategies, conversations and workforce planning and is currently building a talent research team to support all talent-related decision globally.
