A Global Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Leader, my background spanning almost 15 years in the industry is building and managing sourcing teams across ANZ and APAC. I have worked with some amazing brands including CBA, AMP, GE, Cisco and Thales (How lucky am I!).
My area of expertise and passion is working with my organisations to lead them to become the best in class for sourcing talent. I also believe in building and coaching highly impactful sourcing and TA teams responsible for talent mapping, analytics and engaging top talent better than their competitors.
So what am I am great at? Building and leading teams, developing great sourcers, having a mindset that converts commercial objectives into talent strategies, using talent analytics and insights to drive meaningful talent discussions, and the technical search execution (online search – search engines, Boolean searching, talent mapping and data generation, executive search, strategy development and implementation, process and policy development, reporting, operations)
A Boolean expert (according to the courses I have done!) I believe any candidate is find-able (but it’s how you engage though that separates the mediocre sourcers from the sourcing guns!)
A tools and technology junkie, using all forms of technology and social media (*as well as old fashioned phone!) to identify candidates and build long term career relationships is at the heart of what I do!
I am also a LinkedIn Recruiter Certified Expert and am an AIRS Certified Researcher.
