Kyle launched his career in 2017 as an analyst for an executive recruiting agency in Silicon Valley. In this role, he explored and developed a passion for research and strategy. After gaining experience recruiting executive talent in Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering, Kyle took his first in-house recruitment role in late 2018. At the start of 2020, Kyle moved to Australia and joined Atlassian as a Sourcer where he has combined his passion for data, research, and sourcing to engage leadership talent across the globe.
