Mikey studied Digital Filmmaking and Creative Writing in college. Because of this, he struggled to find a good job out of school. He stumbled upon Sourcing, not even knowing the career existed. Since then he has loved helping people find new jobs, as he knows what that struggle can be like.
He has worked for one of the country’s largest RPOs, the country’s largest general veterinary practice, and the world’s largest mozzarella manufacturer.
He is a three-time SourceCon attendee, has written blog posts for ERE, has his AIRS CIR, and recently took and passed the AmazingHiring Tech Sourcing Course.
In his spare time, he performs stand-up comedy, writes movies, and plays music. He recently moved back to New England from Denver with his wife, two dogs, and Guinea pig. He is having his first child this October.
